使用说明： 1、取适量的干米粉放入泡发容器内; 2、用米粉重量4-5倍的冷水，烧沸后倒入盛粉的容器内。加盖泡发5分钟后，充分搅散让米粉受热均匀，再继续泡发15分钟，可换冷水备用； 3、将泡好的米粉放入开水中煮1分钟左右，用筷子能夹断即可捞出备用。
