使用说明： 1.冷水浸泡法 取适量米粉，将米粉浸入冷水中浸泡6-10小时，捞起后放入约4倍于米粉量的沸水中煮约1-2分钟，并不时加以搅拌。无硬芯后捞起来用自来水或冷开水冲洗至米粉冷却，滤干待用。使用说明： 2.直接下锅法 取适量米粉，将米粉放入约8倍于米粉重量的沸水中煮11-13分钟，并不时加以搅拌，煮至米粉无明显硬芯，捞起来用自来水或冷开水冲洗至米粉冷却，滤干待用。

Cooking Instructions: Cold Water Soaking Method: Take an appropriate amount of corn noodles and soak them in cold water for 6-10 hours. After soaking, transfer to boiling water, approximately 4 times the amount of corn noodles, and cook for about 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the corn noodles are soft remove them from the water and rinse them with cold water until they cool down. Drain well and set aside for later use. Derict Cooking Method: Take an appropriate amount of corn noodles and put them into boiling water, approximately 8 times the weight of corn noodles. Cook for about 11-13 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn noodles are tender without any noticeable hard core. Remove corn noodles from the water and rinse them with cold water until they cool down. Drain well and set aside for later use.
