操作流程：
1.干米线放入冷水浸泡8个小时，冷水需没过米线
2.浸泡好的米线放入100度的开水闷2-3分钟，需充分搅拌防止粘粘
3.闷完后的米线充分过凉3遍，直至米线表面没有温度
4.过凉后按照门店克重需求分装，消费者点餐后只需要烫5-10秒即可出餐
Operational SOP：
1. Soak the dry rice noodles in cold water for 8 hours, ensuring the water completely covers the noodles.
2. After soaking, place the rice noodles in boiling water at 100 degrees Celsius for 2-3 minutes, stirring thoroughly to prevent sticking.
3. After steaming, rinse the noodles with cold water three times until the surface temperature of the noodles is gone.
4. After rinsing, portion the noodles according to the store's weight requirements; customers only need to blanch them for 5-10 seconds before serving.
